I am credentialed with several insurance carriers that also offer plans in Colorado. However, network participation varies by state and specific plan. Colorado clients should contact the practice before scheduling to verify whether their plan is accepted
If you have an out-of-network insurance plan, I can provide a Superbill—a detailed receipt of services—for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Depending on your specific plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of out-of-pocket therapy expenses.
For clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, I offer self-pay options with sliding scale rates based on financial need. Please contact me directly to inquire about current rates and availability.
Payments are securely processed through my HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, where you can also access receipts and billing history through your private client portal.
